Another amazing dinner at Sasquatch. This place has it all! Delicious food, comfortable space, and amazing service. I only wish it was a little bigger so you never have to wait for a spot!! My husband consistently gets the dog valley taco, I got the steak sandwich this visit. I loved it on the Dutch crunch roll.

5 stars every time!! So good. One of my favorite spots in town for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner. Caprese salad - a must! Love as an app. We almost always get this. Love the capers. Chicken sandwich - such a delight. You just have to try it. Chicken wings - wow! The sweet chili is beyond. Almost always get this too it's that good. The service is incredible. The gal who serves us every time is so wonderful. They are always so busy and she is on top of it!! So incredible at her job. A huge asset to Sasquatch. I can't remember her name but she's there all the time at dinner and so sweet. The bar/restaurant isn't very big so the wait might be a little bit. But always worth it. I love the table next to the fireplace. This spot isn't fancy but their food tastes it! The way a lot of the people love it.

Best Prime rib dinner in Reno. I've been going there ever since my family turned me on to this little jewel. I visit twice a year and I always grab dinner from the Squatch.

We have gone there a couple of times with groups over the last 4 years. Thought we would head out, just the 2 of us. 25 minute drive for us in south Reno. Ordered drinks, played a few songs, ordered food and ate.... I ordered the prime rib, end cut. That's my usual order for a prime. Seasoning on the edges and a nice sear if you are lucky. Had one place in SF said it was an end but a middle grilled on one side. Anyway, I have had prime rib all over the country. This is the 2nd best ever I had. End cuts are usually well done. This was medium rare. Perfect. Taste was awesome.... The wife had the Fusili Pensetta, she loved, I had to live with garlic that night. We will be back this Sunday...

We had the clam chowder soup. Delish ! Lots of clams in it. Very rounded out flavor. The burger liked yummy ! I had the fish and chips. Yum! I had onion rings for a slight up charge. They could have been hotter but maybe cause I had soup first. Our waitress server was Stephanie. She was great. She has a bubbly personality and Very attentive. She is adorable! I definitely would go back. I live on the south end of town but was wrapping up a week at my brothers dog sitting, so I thought I would go out and try it. I'd definitely would go back and try the prime rib.

First time I'd ever tried this place and it was wonderful. They have a varied menu with everything from appetizers to burgers, salads, and dinner entrées. I had the fried calamari and a Caesar salad, and both were excellent. The calamari comes with a Dijon mustard sauce that has mushrooms mixed in and it was wonderful. Servers are friendly, patient, and willing to help explain anything on the menu. Prices are reasonable. Our plan to return to try other options from their menu. Five stars for today's visit.

Went for lunch, but still serving breakfast...so we ate that instead..so glad we did. We got one of the last seats at 11:10 am..this place is small, but the word is out that it is really good. I got the Huevos rancheros with hash browns and hub got breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese no egg on sourdough toast with hash brown. When it came out I could not believe the size of this meal..we pretty much were full all day after eating it..ha ha... Great prices, great vibe and truly delicious food!!

When I'm staying in Tahoe to get out of the heat, sometimes I come down to Reno for stuff and when I do I like to stop in Verdi at the Sasquatch Tavern. They have have the best dang steak sandwich here! The place is easy off the freeway and back on again. On weekends, you better get here early, cause the place gets packed. I came during the week so it wasn't too crowded at opening 11am, but by noon it was packed! Service is super efficient and friendly at the same time. I got a beer and the steak sandwich. The menu with prices is posted online. The sandwich arrives all plated with a good portion of fries and the sandwich is all stuffed with stuff along with the steak. My teeth sank in and cut thru the tender steak. The sandwich wasn't hard to chew or anything. It's my fave thing here.
